What’s new
What has shipped in Antescript, newest first, from the day the first page was edited in two browsers at once.
- Each app you connect works as an agent of its own, Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT with its mark, and you can stop one app and keep the others.
- Type @ in a comment and pick the app’s own agent; only that agent’s reply answers it.
- When two people’s agents share a name, each shows its person’s: Claude (Jane) beside Claude (Sam).
- Agents is a page of its own, a row in the sidebar: the apps you’ve connected, the agents they work as, and your tokens.
- Search and What’s new sit in the header beside your account, and the sidebar opens with Designs, Agents and Comments.
- A comment on a design, opened from Comments, opens beside its element.
- Drawing a design is one of the ways to start a new workspace.
- Every tool an agent sees has a plain name, and the ones that overwrite or trash are marked so your client can ask before it runs them.
- A workspace’s home shows what changed, page by page, people’s edits and agents’ writes woven together across the full width.
- What’s new opens this changelog in a sheet, with a dot when there’s something you haven’t seen.
- An agent can arrange the sidebar: make and rename groups, move pages, set their icons, and move a page to the trash or back, never empty it.
- People a page is shared with see the designs shown on it, and sharing says so.
- An agent can read a page’s comments, start a thread beside a line it quotes, reply and resolve; type @ in a comment and pick your agent by its token’s name, and it finds what you asked the next time it looks.
- An agent can rewrite one section of a page, under its heading, while people editing elsewhere keep their text.
- An agent can ask what changed on a page since a time, as a diff of its markdown, and which pages changed.
- History gains an Activity tab: who changed the page and when, people’s edits and agents’ writes alike, readable through the API too.
- Designs: mockups and diagrams as pages of their own, drawn on a canvas with shapes, connectors and interface pieces or written as SVG or Mermaid, and shown on any page as a figure.
- Comment on any element of a design, and an agent can draw and edit designs as people do.
- Connect an agent by signing in with Antescript: no token to copy or paste.
- An agent shows by its assistant’s own mark, and your other windows on a page as “You, another window”.
- Every theme comes light or dark, or follows your device, chosen beside the theme wherever you pick it.
- Hareg draws a hareg: a plait in the manuscripts’ four inks above a page’s title, and framing the sign-in card and a published page’s title.
- Sign-up is open: anyone with a Google account can start on antescript.app.
- Paid plans are live, billed through Stripe: Starter, and Team with a 14-day trial that needs no card.
- Every published page has Report this page, and a page that breaks the terms can be taken off the web.
- An agent’s edits show on the page as a person’s do: its flag where it wrote, a short glow on what it added, and it among the people on the page.
- Pages anyone can read without an account: the guide, features, agents, leaving Notion, markdown, the FAQ, security, Antescript and Notion, and this changelog.
- Invitations and page shares arrive by mail, with a welcome for a new account and a notice when someone loses access.
- Send feedback from the app, and get a receipt by mail.
- A banner tells a workspace’s owner when a limit is near: orange from 75%, red from 90%.
- Free holds one workspace and imports a file at a time, while an export from Notion or Antescript imports whole on every plan.
- A private page can’t be published, and one that turns private leaves the web.
- Published pages unfurl with a card when their link is shared, and every heading on them has a link of its own.
- Antescript fits a phone, with the sidebar as a drawer.
- The theme is chosen once, at first sign-in, and Hareg takes five touches from the manuscripts it’s named for.
- Every menu shares one anatomy, and the slash menu shows each block before you pick it.
- The trash empties itself after 30 days, and an import asks which group to land in.
- A rail of a page’s sections at its edge, and a comments panel beside the page.
- Publish a page to the web, at a public address and in the theme you choose.
- Mention a page with @, and see every page that mentions it under Linked from.
- Templates: six built-in forms, and any page as a template for its workspace.
- Account and workspace settings, and the ways to start on a new workspace’s front.
- Drag pages to reorder and nest them in the sidebar.
- An owner can delete a workspace, typing its name to confirm.
- Notion’s workspace export imports as pages, with its links, callouts, images and databases.
- Comments beside the text, and a Comments inbox for the whole workspace.
- Page groups, shared with the workspace or private to you.
- The guide in every sidebar, and more than one workspace per person.
- Invite people as editors or viewers, share one page with one person, and see who else is on a page.
- The trash: restore a page with everything under it, or delete it forever.
- Search over every title and the text of every page.
- Page history, with a preview and a restore that keeps anyone’s typing.
- Agents: the API and the MCP server, and Claude Code editing a page through them for the first time.
- The first page edited in two browsers at once, with cursors, on the deployed app.
- Workspaces, the page tree and the editor, with markdown import and export and file uploads.
