Antescript for agencies

The notes before the pitch.

For studios and agencies who work with clients. Shape the pitch with your team, then show each client the page that’s meant for them, and nothing else.

An outline for every pitch

Start from the Pitch outline template and type over its prompts. Give each client a group in the sidebar and each project a page, with its brief, pitch and meeting notes nested under it. When a pitch works, make it a template, and the studio’s next one starts from it.

Write it as a studio

Your team edits the pitch at the same time, each cursor with its writer’s name, and comments sit beside the words they’re about. History keeps a snapshot every few minutes of editing, so an earlier version is there to restore. An idea that isn’t ready can wait in a private group: nobody else sees it, the workspace’s owner included, until you share a page from it.

Show each client their page

Share gives one page, and nothing else, to one person by their email address. Share it to view, and your client reads the page and its comments; share it to edit, and they can write and comment beside you. Either way, the rest of your workspace stays out of sight. They sign in with a Google account to open it.

Or turn on Publish to the web for a public address anyone can read without an account, in the theme you choose, with the pages under it if you like. Search engines stay out unless you let them in, a shared link unfurls with a card, and turning it off takes the page back.

A client who only reads is a viewer, free up to your plan’s allowance: 10 on Free, 50 on Starter and 20 for each editor on Team. A client who edits is one of your editors, and editing together is on Team: $10 per editor a month, or $100 per editor a year.

An assistant on your side

Claude or another AI assistant you connect can read and add to your pages: ask it to read the client’s brief and add a first outline of the pitch. It acts as you, so it reaches only the pages you can open, and it never shares a page. A workspace’s owner can keep assistants to reading, or out. Agents has how to connect one.
