Antescript for product teams

The notes before the launch.

For the product managers, designers and engineers who decide what ships. Write the spec, the decisions and the launch plan together, and keep them where the whole team can find them.

A plan for every launch

Start from the Launch plan template. An empty page offers Use a template under its title, and the page fills with headings and prompts to type over. The Spec, Decision record, Meeting notes and Retrospective templates are there too, and any page can become a template for the whole workspace, so the next launch starts from the last one.

Keep it in one place

Pages nest. Give each launch a page and keep its spec, decisions and meeting notes under it; drag to reorder them. Groups in the sidebar, like Product or Research, keep each area together. Type @ to mention a page, and each page lists the pages that mention it under Linked from. Search looks through every title and every page’s text.

Decide together

Everyone edits the same page at once, and each cursor carries its writer’s name. Select a line and choose Add comment: the thread sits beside the words it’s about, to reply to and resolve, and Comments in the sidebar lists every thread in the workspace. History keeps a snapshot every few minutes of editing, and restoring one never takes away what someone is typing.

Bring in your assistant

Claude or another AI assistant you connect can read and add to your pages. Ask it to read the spec and draft the launch checklist: its words arrive the way typing does, and the page shows where it wrote while the team keeps working. It acts as you, so it reaches only the pages you can open, and it can’t delete one for good, share or publish. Agents has how to connect it.

Share it when it’s ready

Invite the team by email, as editors who write or viewers who read. Share gives one page, and nothing else, to one person: a partner or a contractor, say. When it’s time to announce, Publish to the web gives the page a public address anyone can read without an account.

Antescript is free for one person. Editing together is on Team: $10 per editor a month, or $100 per editor a year, from 2 editors. Try it free for 14 days, without a card. Its viewers cost nothing, up to 20 for each editor.
