What Antescript costs, what happens to your notes and your account, how agents reach your pages, and what the product leaves out on purpose.
Plans and billing
What does Antescript cost?
Free costs nothing and needs no card. Starter is $9 a month, or $90 a year. Team is $10 per editor a month, or $100 per editor a year, from 2 editors. A year costs ten months, and prices are in US dollars. Pricing on the front page sets the plans side by side.
What does each plan include?
Free is for writing on your own: one workspace, 1 GB of files up to 10 MB each, 10 viewers, the last 7 days of history and 100 agent calls a day; it imports a file at a time, or a whole export from Notion or Antescript. Starter gives one person room: any number of workspaces, 20 GB of files up to 50 MB each, 50 viewers, all of history, folders and zips to import, and 1,000 agent calls a day. Team is for editing together, and grows with each editor: 20 GB of files, 20 viewers and 1,000 agent calls a day for each, shared. Cursors, comments, search, the three themes and export come with every plan.
Can I try Team first?
Yes: 14 days free, without a card, once per account. It’s offered when you first invite someone to edit in a workspace you own. Nothing is charged when it ends: the account goes back to the plan it had, and anyone above that plan’s limits becomes a viewer, with nothing deleted.
Who counts as an editor, and do viewers cost anything?
On Team, an editor is each person who can edit in the workspaces you own, you included, counted once however many of them they edit in. Viewers read pages and their comments but don’t edit or comment, and they’re free up to the plan’s allowance: 10 on Free, 50 on Starter and 20 per editor on Team.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plan keeps working for 7 days while you update your payment details under Manage billing. After that, new editors, new workspaces, uploads and agent calls above the Free plan’s limits wait until the payment goes through, and an account that stays unpaid moves to the Free plan’s limits.
Does billing ever delete my content?
No. At a limit, the control that would go past it is disabled and says why; reading, exporting and commenting on what you can read are never blocked. When an account leaves Team, its other editors become viewers and keep their pages, comments and history. The trash is the only way content leaves.
How do I cancel, and are there refunds?
Cancel any time from Plan & billing, or by writing to support@antescript.app. The plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then doesn’t renew; your content stays, and the Free plan’s limits apply from then on. Payments aren’t refundable, the unused part of a period included, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged in error, write within 30 days and a mistaken charge is refunded.
Your account and your data
How do I sign in?
With a Google account; it’s the only way in, so there’s no Antescript password to keep, and Antescript never sees your Google password. It keeps the name, email address and picture Google gives it. Account lists where you’re signed in and signs any session out.
Where is my data kept?
The page tree, who may see what, comments and a plain-text copy of each page for search are in Antescript’s database; each page’s content and its snapshots sit in a room of their own, and files in private storage. Google handles sign-in, Stripe takes payments, and MCPCloud holds your agent’s access for you, never the agent, if you connect one. Security has the rest.
Can I take everything out?
Yes, at any time and on every plan. Export a page as a .md file, or the whole workspace as one zip of markdown with its images and files, which imports back the same. No plan limit ever blocks an export. Markdown has the details.
What happens to a page I delete?
It goes to the trash with every page under it and stays there for 30 days, to restore if you need it. Then, or sooner if you delete it forever, it goes for good with its files, history and comments.
How do I delete my account?
Delete account, on the Account page, deletes your account, the workspaces you own with every page in them, your tokens and your settings; workspaces you were invited to carry on without you. Nothing brings it back, so export first. You can also write to support@antescript.app from the address you signed in with, and it’s done within 30 days.
Is my writing used for ads or to train AI?
No. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking pixel; no data is sold, and none is used to train anything. The only cookies are the session that keeps you signed in and two preferences: your theme and whether the sidebar is open.
Agents
Can AI agents read and write my pages?
Yes. Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor or any MCP client connects through Antescript’s MCP server, and anything that makes HTTP requests can use the API. Each connects by signing in with Antescript (scripts use a token instead), to read or to read and write, and acts as you: it reaches the pages you can reach and changes only what you could change. It may move a page or put it in the trash, but never empty the trash, share or publish, and a workspace’s owner can keep agents to reading, or out. Agents has the steps.
Does Antescript write for me?
No. It isn’t an AI that writes for you: the assistant you connect reads and writes your pages only when you ask it to, and what it writes lands the way typing does, so people editing at the same time keep their text.
What Antescript leaves out
Does Antescript have databases, like Notion?
No, on purpose. Databases with views, relations, rollups and formulas are left out; pages have plain tables. A Notion database you import becomes a page with a table of its rows, each row a page under it. Leaving Notion says what else comes across.
Is there a desktop or mobile app?
No. Antescript runs in the browser, on a computer or a phone, where the sidebar becomes a drawer; there’s nothing to install.
Does it work offline?
No. Antescript is a web app that works online; an offline mode is outside what it sets out to do.
