Antescript for classrooms
The notes before the lesson.
For teachers who plan lessons on their own or with colleagues, and want them in front of the class without handing out accounts.
Plan the lesson
Start from the Lesson plan template and type over its prompts. Give each course a page and each lesson a page under it, then drag them into the order you teach them. Callouts mark what matters, a toggle keeps the answers folded until someone opens it, and images, video, audio and files go right into the page. Make your best lesson a template, and the next one starts from it.
Put it in front of the class
Publish to the web gives a lesson a public address. Students open it on a laptop or a phone and read it without an account, and the pages under it can go too, so a whole unit goes at once. Search engines stay out unless you let them in. Turning it off takes the lesson back and keeps its address for next time. Publishing works on every plan, Free included.
Plan with colleagues
Invite a colleague by email to edit with you: you each see the other’s cursor, and comments sit beside the lines they’re about. Share one page with one person to view, and they get that page and nothing else. History keeps a snapshot every few minutes of editing, so an earlier version of a lesson is there to restore.
Antescript is free for one person, with no card. Editing with colleagues is on Team: $10 per editor a month, or $100 per editor a year, from 2 editors. Colleagues who only read are viewers, free up to 10 on Free.
An assistant for the prep
Claude or another AI assistant you connect can read and add to your pages. Ask it to read your lesson plan and add discussion questions or a reading list, and they land in the page the way typing does. It writes only when you ask it to, and only where you could. Agents has how to connect one.
